Viña Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva 2015

The Viña Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva is made from fruit carefully selected in the Maipo Valley region of Chile. Hand picked grapes are transferred to the winery immediately after cutting where they are sorted by hand prior to fermentation. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels for between 10 and 12 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva displays intense aromas of strawberries, blackberries and cherries, smoothly blended with notes of coffee and tobacco. Round and silky on the palate, full bodied with a delicious and persistent finish.
