The Champagne Vueve Fourny Monts de Vertus Extra-Brut Premier Cru is a rather special Blanc de Blancs Vintage Champagne composed solely of Chardonnay. The vines, which are over 50 years old, are located at the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Premier Cru village of Vertus. Made from the first pressed juices only, there is minimal use of sulphur, low dosage and a minimum of 5 years ageing on lees prior to disgorgement. Veuve Fourny Monts de Vertus Vintage Blanc de Blancs is pure, mineral and saline in style. The freshness and finesse complement a nutty richness and delicate, creamy texture.
