Deusyls de la Pèira Blanc 2020
Deusyls de la Pèira Blanc- Vin de Pays de l’Hérault - is La Pèira’s second white wine and was first bottled in the 2005 vintage after the discovery of a small amount of Viognier and Roussanne vines. Since then, a number of additional white grape varieties and parcels have been planted. Depending on the vintage, the blend can include varieties such as Clairette Blanche, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The Deusyls de la Pèira 2020 is a Roussanne dominated white wine that includes Clairette, Grenache Blanc and small amount of Marsanne in its makeup. The wine is tremendously aromatic with notes of apple blossom, stone fruits, and chalky minerality. The palate offers honeyed apricot and caramel, with yellow flower perfume on the finish.
