Astrolabe Durvillea Sauvignon Blanc 2015
The Durvillea Sauvignon Blanc by Astrolabe is made from grapes harvested at precisely the right moment to preserve the purity and intensity of flavour in Simon's winemaking. Pale lemon in colour the wine offers an aroma of gooseberries, black currant leaf, lime peel and grapefruit. The palate is medium bodied with lime, gooseberry and citrus flavours, minerally texture and a long crisp finish.
