Dowie Doole Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

The Dowie Doole Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made from fruit sourced from the cooler, sandy slopes of the estates' Tintookie vineyard and the loamy soils of the California Road vineyard. This Cabernet Sauvignon displays the hallmark traits of McLaren Vale cabernet; dark chocolate, black fruits, lifted aromatics, elegant, fine tannins and the promise of great longevity.
