Birgit Eichinger Grüner Veltliner Wechselberg 2017

Birgit Eichinger Grüner Veltliner Wechselberg vineyard is on the eastern side of the Strassertal, facing to the south. Its altitude creates cool nights to alternate with hot summer days. This ensures the development of excellent aromas and flavours in the grapes.

Intense straw-yellow in colour the wine displays vegetal spice, asparagus, minty-peppery coolness and ripe pomace fruit. The palate displays subtle minerality with a smoky undertone, well supported by its acidity and perfectly balanced.
