Brancaia Ilatraia Rosso IGT Maremma 2014

Brancaia Ilatria Rosso IGT Maremma is an award winning red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The wine ages 18 months in French barriques - half of them are new - and then matures for 12 months in the bottle, prior to release.

Lovely concentrated purple in colour the wine displays a complex nose of cassis, red berries, toasty wood and spices. Full bodied and generous, filling the mouth with crunchy forest fruit, blackberry and liquorice flavours, well integrated, silky tannins and a stylish structure that lasts well into the firm but fruity finish.
