Caliterra DSTNTO 2018
Created to stand out from the crowd, the Caliterra DSTNTO is a unique blend of Malbec, Syrah, Carignan, Petit Verdot and Grenache grapes fermented through the ancient and distinctive technique of carbonic maceration and incorporating the use of earthenware amphorae. This is Chile's first wine to be produced solely by carbonic maceration and highlights the originality of the winemaking technique, with great intensity, both aromatic and gustatory. With an intense and lively colour, the nose of this wine is fresh, fruity and youthful. With a lot of intensity, hints of pomegranate and berries give way to mineral notes such as flint and spices like black pepper. Fresh, elegant and intense.
