The Carpenè Malvolti Prosecco Frizzante Brut NV is a semi-sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled tanks before a second fermentation takes place following the Charmat method. The Carpenè Malvolti Prosecco Frizzante Brut is a fresh, well-structured, pleasant, semi-sparkling wine with hints of ripe fruit and in particular Golden delicious apples in the background. Ideal as an aperitif and excellent with fish dishes or drunk throughout the meal.
