Castello di Nipozzano Montesodi is produced only in the best years from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyard of the same name. Located at 400 meters above sea level this is an area that has always been considered the best estate for the cultivation of this noble grape.
Montesodi has an intense aroma profile with hints of cherry, strawberry, plum and dried flowers. The palate is warm and savoury with soft evolved tannins resulting in a wine which is harmonious and balanced.
