Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée No. 744 Grand Vin Extra Brut
Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée No. 744 Grand Vin Extra Brut is an expression of the 2016 vintage - a fresh and rainy spring followed by a hot and dry summer. The harvest provided ripe and perfectly healthy grapes resulting in aromatic and tasty wines, in particular the Pinot Noir which was very successful. Cuvée No. 744 is a blend of 2016 Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier complimented by approximately 30% Vins de Reserve. Vinification and élevage on the lees in oak foudres with no filtration or fining and a dosage of only 0.75 grams per litre. The 744 offers aromas of apple, yellow fruit and minerals. The palate is elegant, dry and fruity with a complex lengthy finish.
