Chapel Hill Mclaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

The award winning Chapel Hill McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb example of the variety that delivers on all fronts. Aged for 21 months in French oak hogsheads this wine exudes an evocative array of flavours. Brooding mulberry, aniseed and beetroot flavours all mingle harmoniously in the wine. The layered flavour profile is underpinned by the poised and seamless integration with the trademark Cabernet Sauvignon “dusty” fine grained tannin structure.
