Château Cadet 2016

Château Cadet is a well-balanced, expressive, Merlot-based Côtes de Castillon red wine from vines planted on an extension of the Saint Emilion plateau. Attractive ruby red in colour the nose displays rich cherry and blueberry fruits with delicate hints of vanilla and mocha cream.

An ideal "Sunday lunch" claret, this is a full-bodied, juicy wine with some smoky notes and wonderful concentration of ripe berries. Well-rounded with good structure this is a great alternative to neighbouring Saint Emilion, and at a great price too!
