The De Martino Estate range brings together wines with a fresh, honest style that respect the varietal expression of their region of origin. Aged for nine months in a combination of concrete tanks and used oak this Carménère displays appealing aromas of spice, paprika and ripe dark berries. The palate is dense and silky with a soft round texture and silky tannins while retaining fruit freshness. Made in a a approachable style this wine is ready to drink and is a excellent pairing for stews, pastas and spicy dishes.
