Domaine de la Butte Bourgueil Les Perrieres 2017

Domaine de la Butte Bourgueil Les Perrieres is pure Cabernet Franc sourced from 30+ year old vines grown on a south-facing single hectare vineyard plot or 'lieu dit'. Jacky Blot uses between 20-30% new oak with this cuvée, which combines with the mouthwatering small berry fruit to produce a svelte wine a little more Pinot Noir in style than his other cuvée's. Bottled with no fining or filtration.
