Domaine Gilbert Picq et ses Fils Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2016

The Domaine Gilbert Picq et ses Fils Chablis Vieilles Vignes is made from grapes harvested from two separate vineyards whose vines are at least 50 years old. Like their Chablis Village wine, a slow alcohol fermentation and then 12 months ageing in steel tank is used to extract rich flavours and create concentration in the wine. A wine that delivers fantastic quality for the money and is always highly regarded.
