Certified organic, Jean-Claude Bessin's Chablis Vieilles Vignes is the flagship cuvée of the Domaine sourced from vines that are upto 60 years old planted on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian soils. Hand harvested, whole bunches of fruit are pneumatically pressed and indigenous yeast is used for fermentation. 18 months ageing.
