Domaine La Rouviole Cuvée Classique Minervois 2016

The Domaine La Rouviole Cuvée Classique Minervois is an organic red wine blend composed of Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan grapes sourced from low-yielding 40 year old vines. Matured in tank for one year this beautifully balanced red wine offers flavours of the 'garrigue' from the South of France. Black and red fruits, with final notes of liquorice and spices. A smooth wine with lovely purity of fruit.
