Domaine Sébastien Dampt Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2017

Domaine Sébastien Dampt's Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons comes from east facing slopes with vines up to 60 years old. Very attractive and complex with aromas of freshly cut green apples mingled with notes of sweet pear and a hint of honey. On the palate zesty fruit flavours combine with a spicy mineral character that runs through to the long finish.
