Domaine Tempier Bandol Cuvée Classique 2016

Domaine Tempier Cuvée Classique is the estates staple red wine, which blends the discrete strength of Bandol alongside the elegance and finesse for which Tempier is renown. The Cuvée Classique's complexity is a result of different terroirs of the estate and those that surround it. The composition of the blend is dominated by the Mourvèdre grape (75%) alongside Grenache and Cinsault with smaller additions of Carignan and Syrah. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats and the wine is aged in large oak casks for a minimum of 18 months prior to bottling.
