Dowie Doole G&T 2017

The Dowie Doole G&T is a red wine blend of Grenache and Tempranillo grapes that see a short period of oak maturation before being bottled. The relatively simple and minimal winemaking process adopted for this wine produces a vibrant, fresh soft and food friendly wine. The G&T is a medium purple colour with crimson hue that gives off a vibrant bouquet of juicy raspberries, cherries and spice. The palate is medium bodied and elegant, revealing strawberries, rhubarb pie and spice. This is a  vibrant, zippy wine with an excellent tannin structure making it ideal to complement a wide range of foods.
