Dowie Doole Rosé 2018

The Dowie Doole Rosé is a unique 'Aussie' style rosé inspired by the iconic Provençal expressions that have captured so many hearts. Made from a blend of Grenache - sourced from 50+ year-old-vines - and a portion of Vermentino, this is a dry, fresh and crisp wine, with exceptional depth of flavour and vibrant acidity. Displaying vibrant fruit aromas of strawberry, tangerine, pink grapefruit and orange peel the palate is dry, long and fine with lovely citrus fruit flavours alongside raspberry and strawberry fruit that adds a touch of sweetness. The finish has a nice streak of acidity balanced with a slight phenolic grip from the Vermentino.
