Domaine Eleni et Édouard Vocoret Chablis Le Bas de Chapelot 2016

Domaine Eleni et Édourad Vocoret's Chablis Le Bas de Chapelot is a textbook Chablis from a lovely 3 hectare lieu-dit sited just beneath the famous Montée de Tonnerre premier cru. With Vincent Dauvissat as their mentor, Eleni and Édouard have crafted a classic Chablis that displays all the hallmark citrus and chalky feel, but with with great texture, purity and finesse. A great Chablis from one of the regions rising stars.
