Eva Fricke Riesling Rheingau 2018

Some of the best Rieslings in Germany are made in the Rheingau, east of the Mosel along the banks of the River Rhine. Rising star Eva Fricke has made the town of Lorch here her home and its slopes her life’s calling, after studying in Geisenheim and then working at several top names like Castello di Verduno in Piedmont and Pingus in Ribera del Duero. Eva makes taut, precise wines true to their slate soil stunning terroir. The Riesling Rheingau cuvée, is juicy and fruity with apple and peach aromas leading to a dry finish.
