Finca Decero Mini Ediciones Cabernet Franc 2016

As the name suggests, Mini Ediciones are highly limited parcels of wine which Finca Decero regard as small gems. From lesser known varieties, these wines are wholly expressive of the Remolinos Vineyard and represent an opportunity to taste a variety rarely seen in a pure form.

This is the inaugural vintage of Finca Decero Mini Ediciones Cabernet Franc and is the third of the estates three ‘rare varieties and limited edition’ wines. Of this vintage only 1626 bottles were made. The wine is true to the variety with bell pepper, graphite and plum notes held together in a velvety medium body. A well structured Cabernet Franc with great potential for ageing.
