Fox Gordon Charlotte's Web Pinot Grigio 2016

The Fox Gordon 'Charlotte's Web' Pinot Grigio is sourced from a vineyard in Kersbrook at the northern end of the Adelaide Hills where the climate is warmer and there is less rainfall than other areas of the Hills. This wine was made with minimal intervention. The grapes were cool fermented under temperature controlled conditions which preserved the varietal characters of the Pinot Grigio.

An appealing and fruity wine with notes of ripe pear and an attractive pink hint to the colour from skin contact with the grapes. Crunchy acidity throughout the length of the palate, with the fruit flavours and texture being sumptuous in the mouth.
