Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc 2019
The Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc is the palest of salmon pinks; a wonderfully pure, fresh flavoured wine with delightful red berry aromatics. The red fruit characters are echoed on the palate, which has a slight sparkle giving the wine its lovely freshness and fruity vibrancy through to an elegant and mineral finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, Mediterranean-style salads, Asian dishes, baked fish and spicy and stronger-tasting dishes such as Thai curries or Moroccan tajines.
