The Hewitson Baby Bush Mourvèdre comes from vines with an average age of 15 years. They take the pedigree of the world’s oldest Mourvèdre vineyard yet are imbued with the vibrancy and bold confidence of youth. Baby Bush is a wine of natural beauty that is unique in its heritage and history. Aged for 15 months is seasoned French oak the wine offers dark, brambly, blueberry aromas that are matched with dried herbs, earth and undergrowth. On the palate sarsaparilla and classic blue fruits deliver a rich, velvety mouth feel, backed by very soft and fully ripe tannins.
