Le Chapeau Qui Rit Rouge 2019
Le Chapeau Qui Rit Rouge is a characterful mixed palette of Southern French grape varietals including Grenache. The Grenache is of particular importance in the south of France, where it is the predominant variety in the prestigious wines of Châteauneuf-du Pape, and is used in a myriad of appellations all along the Mediterranean coast. It is herbaceous and spicy, with plenty of berry-fruit flavours and provides structure and tannins. Juicy, luscious and voluptuous this red is perfect for lounging, or served alongside succulent melting meats from the barbecue.
