Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Perle d’Aurore Rosé Brut NV
The House of Louis Bouillot was founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, a little village nestled at the heart of Burgundy's Côte d’Or by Jean Bouillot. Jean, a wine and spirits merchant, was one of the few in his day to specialise in Crémant de Bourgogne. Louis Bouillot is still located in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges and with over 130 years of savoir-faire they continue to specialise in Crémant de Bourgogne gaining worldwide acclaim as Crémant de Bourgogne experts. The Crémant de Bourgogne Perle d’Aurore Rosé is the pure expression of Louis Bouillot’s perfect knowledge of Burgundy terroirs: Pinot Noir comes from the Côte d’Or, Gamay from the South of Burgundy and Chardonnay near Mâcon city. A Deep bouquet of small red fruit, raspberries and redcurrants, which turns into complex marmalade notes after a few minutes in the glass. Crisp palate with citrus notes and a fine fruity finish.
