Morandé Pinot Noir Gran Reserva 2019
The Morandé Pinot Noir Gran Reserva is a single vineyard red wine from the Casablanca Valley in Chile. Fermented in open stainless steel tanks and crushed by hand the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep luminous ruby red in colour with aromas reminiscent of flowers, such as jasmine and roses, strawberry jam, tea and spices. The palate is flavourful, elegant and delicate with great body and persistent length. A great partner with pasta, fish, white meats, game birds and poultry.
