Motto Gung Ho Red Wine Blend 2014

Motto wines offer a new take on California winemaking from the perspective of the renowned winemaking team at Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, known for producing some of the best-selling wines from Washington State.

From keeping the wine lots separate throughout fermentation and ageing, to determining the final blends right before bottling, the Motto winemaking team defies ordinary and makes it their motto.

Gung Ho is a dark, bold, red wine blend composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Petit Verdot (33%), Petite Sirah (12%) and Zinfandel (10%) grapes sourced from across California's sun drenched valleys.  It is a wine full of contrast - rich, yet delicate; fruity, yet structured; and soft floral aromas give way to flavours of blueberry pie and pomegranate with hints of jasmine tea and spice.
