Paddy Borthwick Paper Road Sauvignon Blanc 2021
The Paddy Borthwick 'Paper Road' Sauvignon Blanc takes its name from original survey documents which described a road which was to run through the Estate family vineyard. Thankfully, the Paper Road was never formed, and instead, it gives its name to this Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of gooseberry, lychee, grapefruit and guava, the palate is balanced by fine acidity and fruit sweetness. The Paper Road Sauvignon Blanc is a wine with great aromatic power.
