Peregrine Mohua Pinot Noir 2014

The Mohua Pinot Noir, named after one of the country’s native birds, is a beautifully crafted, soft, yet uncompromising red. Mohua Wines was founded in 2009 by the McLachlan family (Peregrine Wines) to create exceptional wines from some of New Zealand's highest quality regions.

Capturing the very essence of Central Otago the hand-picked fruit of this Pinot Noir embody the character and purity of the region. The aromas beguile the senses, with their heady scents of violets, plums and black cherries; the wine is rich, yet silky smooth, with bold, opulent flavours of dark berry fruit, wild herbs and a hint of milk chocolate, and black pepper. Fantastic value for money.
