Peregrine Pinot Gris 2017

The Peregrine Wines Pinot Gris is made from 100% organic hand harvested fruit grown in the Bendigo and Pisa sub regions of Central Otago. Whole bunch pressed and part fermented (10%) in older French oak the wine spends 3 months on its yeast lees prior to bottling.

This Pinot Gris is a luscious wine with intense flavours of apricot, pear and nutmeg. Perfect with Thai cuisine and dishes with chilli, garlic and ginger flavours.
