Peregrine Pinot Noir 2014


The Peregrine Wines Pinot Noir is made from organic fruit sourced from three Central Otago sub regions: Bendigo (52%), Pisa (43%) and Gibbston (5%). All grapes are hand picked and carefully sorted prior to fermentation. The wine spends 10 months in French oak prior to bottling.

The Peregrine Wines Pinot Noir offers dark cherry, redcurrant and blackberry flavours finely layered with savoury and spice notes. A supple and silken textured, elegant Pinot Noir. This is a style of Pinot Noir that combines purity and elegance with texture, concentration and length.
