Radio Coteau Las Colinas Syrah 2014
Radio-Coteau's Las Colinas Syrah is indicative of what is possible for cool climate Syrah as it captures the essence of the western Sonoma Coast appellation. Élevage in 500 litre French oak puncheons helps to preserve fruit and spice, and affords graceful ageing in the cellar. A select barrel blend from two top organically farmed, single-vineyard sites – Harrison Grade and Dusty Lane – a sultry inkiness and chewy fine tannin set the stage for present enjoyment or cellaring potential. Always a classic!
