Stonecroft Chardonnay 2017

The Stonecroft Hawkes Bay Chardonnay is made from fruit grown on the Roy’s Hill and Mere Road Vineyards located in the Gimblett Gravels region. Vines here produce low to moderate yields and rich fruit flavours. Whole bunch pressed, barrel fermented and matured in French oak for several months the Stonecroft chardonnay is pale gold in colour and a rich toasty, bouquet, stonefruit and citrus notes. On the palate, it has nectarine and white peach flavours with a hint of hazlenut and a long finish.
