Maison Tardieu-Laurent Saint-Joseph Vieilles Vignes 2015

The Maison Tardieu-Laurent Saint-Joseph Vieilles Vignes is a northern Rhône red wine made from 100% old vine Syrah. Aged for 12 months in new and one year old French oak then 6 months in foudre the wine was bottled un-fined and un-filtered.

This is a stunning wine with lovely focus. Aromatic, brightly fruited and wonderfully perfumed - red fruit, dark chocolate and savoury hints of tobacco, all held in check by a precise mineral dimension which drives the palate.
