Teusner Avatar Grenache Mataro Shiraz 2015

Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz (GSM) is one of Kym Teusner's most famous red wine blends. His first vintage was an unoaked GSM that they called 'Joshua' which remains as popular as ever. The Avatar GSM is now considered the big brother to Joshua as it undergoes 12 months ageing in seasoned oak.  Briary, earthy flavours from the Grenache are integrated seamlessly with the autumn fruit notes from the Shiraz and Mataro. Finely grained tannins carry the flavours along perfectly into a long and rewarding finish.
