The Lane Block 14 Basket Pressed Shiraz
The Lane Vineyard Block 14 Basket Pressed Shiraz is made from fruit sourced on the highest, most exposed site on the vineyard. These vines are working incredibly hard throughout the growing season, their roots reaching deep into the ancient soils searching for scarce water resources through the limestone pores. Deep ruby in colour the wine displays aromas of violets, ripe mulberries and floral hints. The palate is silky with intense wild blackberries and forest fruits. Cherry liquorice, fine ground pepper with a spine of firm ripe tannin.
