Viña Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2017

The Viña Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is made from carefully selected hand picked grapes grown in the Curicó Valley wine region of Chile. After fermentation the wine is aged in used French oak barrels for 4-5 months to add complexity and to achieve softer tannins.

The Vina Echeverría Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is a round and vibrant red wine with plum and strawberry flavours combined with hints of red pepper and spice. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with a fruity and long lasting finish.
