Exton Park RB32 Brut
Exton Park Vineyards sits in the rolling chalk hills of Hampshire. All grapes are hand-harvested from a single-vineyard, pressing is done plot-by-plot before been stored in their library of reserve wines. Winemaker Corinne Seely selects from this archive, creating unique Reserve Blends (RB). The Exton Park RB32 Brut is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). Bottle aged in cellar for at least 3 years, this elegant blend contains some of the oldest reserve wines in Exton's library. It shows savoury notes of brioche and baked apple, with a distinctive mineral freshness.
