Great wine and great olive oil are born from the same soil. At Hic!, we specialise in Estate-Bottled Extra Virgin Olive Oils produced by the same legendary estates that craft our most iconic wines. From the rugged hills of Tuscany’s Tenuta San Guido (Sassicaia) to the organic groves of Fontodi and Selvapiana, these are limited-production oils that mirror the terroir, complexity, and vintage variation of a fine Chianti or Bolgheri.
Our commitment to estate-bottled excellence extends beyond Europe. We are proud to feature the Zuccardi family’s Arauco oil from Mendoza - a bold, herbaceous powerhouse that is to olive oil what Malbec is to wine. Similarly, from the heart of Portugal’s Alentejo, Esporão delivers a DOP-protected oil that embodies the sun-drenched, rugged character of their historic estate.
Expect more than just a cooking ingredient. These are oils of "bonafide" character - judged on their fruitiness, bitterness, and signature peppery finish.
Complementing our oils is a selection of Luxury Aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena. Moving beyond mass-produced alternatives, we offer artisanal Aceto Balsamico—some matured for over 12 years in progressively smaller barrels of cherry, chestnut, and oak.
