OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

 

• There is no minimum order for delivery.
• We offer FREE Delivery on most UK orders over £165.00 in value delivered to one single address.
• Orders under £165 are subject to a £12.50 standard delivery charge delivered to a non-restricted UK postcode address.
• Our standard delivery service covers England, Wales and non-restricted postcodes in Scotland.
• We can deliver a single bottle for just £4.95 to a single UK address using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.
• We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order, but this is often much sooner.
• Please allow up to 7-10 working days for dispatch during peak season/around public holidays when couriers do not operate and we are unable ship.
• Deliveries are made by DPD, fully tracked with a 1 hour predict delivery window.
• Due to the laws regarding the sale of alcohol all our deliveries require a signature and must be signed for by someone 18 years old or over. Proof of ID will be required.
• Please be aware that multi-case orders can become separated through the courier network. If you do not receive the balance of your order within 3 working days of the first delivery please contact us.
• We recommend you download the DPD app for the most accurate parcel tracking and best possible delivery experience.

Made in the UK, the sturdy "eggbox" Pulpsafe packaging is fully recycled, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. It can be re-used as planters for your garden or placed in any household compost and will biodegrade in less than 6 months.
