The Chase Distillery Hedgerow Elderflower Gin is a unique, crisp and floral gin carefully crafted by copper pot distilling Chase GB gin with elderflowers picked from the hedgerows of Herefordshire. Light and floral on the nose, the aromas are bolstered by rich juniper and citrus notes. The palate is rich and full of texture with delicate floral flavours intermingled with sweet elderflower, rich juniper and subtle spice. The finish is long lasting with floral sweetness and piney juniper. The Chase Hedgerow Elderflower Gin mixes perfectly with soda and garnished with a thin slice of lemon.
