Each bottle contains tequila that is aged for five years in previously used sherry wood casks from Spain which gives Clase Azul Ultra its unique refined character. Dark amber in colour its body is silky, rich and full. Displaying aromas of wood, fruit, intense sherry notes with hints of caramel and vanilla the taste is smooth, flavourful, elegant with hints of sweet oak. Each Clase Azul Ultra decanter is a work of art and takes two weeks to create. Handmade at the company's bottling facility, each bottle features a 24k gold label and is hand-painted using pure liquid platinum by Mexico's most talented artisans.
