The vineyards of Domaine Jacques Prieur encompass so many of Burgundy's greatest grands crus; Le Chambertin, Clos de Bèze, Le Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, Echézeaux, Corton-Bressandes, Corton-Charlemagne, Chevalier Montrachet and Le Montrachet, as well as a host of premiers crus traversing Beaune, Volnay and Meursault, the latter, home to the domaine.
The Labruyère family seized on the opportunity to revitalise and restore the reputation of a once great name. Jean-Pierre Labruyère passed over the reins to his son Edouard Labruyère in 2008 – a real breath of fresh air, inspirational and with tremendous vision and ambition for Domaine Jacques Prieur. The domaine is in extremely safe hands.
