VINTAGE CONSISTENCY:
We endeavour to display accurate and current vintages; however, from time to time stock depletion of the vintage listed can occur. In this instance our action depends on the wine's retail value.
- Wines £20.00 and Below: To guarantee timely dispatch and streamline fulfilment, we reserve the right to automatically substitute the listed vintage with the current available vintage, assuming quality and style remain consistent. We will not contact you first.
- Wines Above £20.00: If the listed vintage of a high-value or fine wine is unavailable, we will always contact you for confirmation of the substituted vintage before proceeding with your order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Very occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock that the website has allowed you to order.
To ensure a timely delivery, we are happy to substitute your order with a similar wine of equal or higher value, and at no additional cost to you.
