WHAT IS AN ENOMATIC MACHINE?
Think of our Enomatic as a professional wine preservation system - or, as we like to call it, a 'vending machine for fine wine!'
This innovative technology serves two brilliant purposes:
- Perfect Temperature: It's programmed to dispense wines at their optimum temperature—an ambient room temperature for complex reds and a gentle chill for crisp whites and rosé—ensuring every sip expresses its full flavor potential.
- Perfect Preservation: By using inert gas to protect the wine after the bottle is opened, the Enomatic keeps the wine perfectly fresh. This allows us the flexibility to offer more unusual and premium examples from our range, giving you the rare opportunity to try wines you wouldn't normally buy.
THE TASTING FLIGHT: A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
Each month, we meticulously curate the 8 bottles in the Enomatic machine. The selection always follows a specific theme, aligns with a special promotional event, or simply features a collection of wines that we feel you absolutely have to try!
When you book a session, you will enjoy a dedicated tasting flight that includes:
- Eight 50ml Serves of the month's featured wines.
- Light Nibbles to cleanse your palate.
- The chance to explore the very best of our unique portfolio.
THE SETTING: COZY, COVERED & AL FRESCO
Our wine tasting experiences are conducted al fresco in our beautiful, secluded courtyard. This is a covered space, meaning you'll stay perfectly dry no matter the weather.
We embrace the chill! During the cooler months, we provide soft blankets and hot water bottles to keep you warm and toasty, making your outdoor tasting experience genuinely memorable and cozy—it’s part of the Hic! charm.
