We believe wine is for drinking, not dissecting. That’s why, wine tasting at Hic! ditches the classroom vibes for a pure, unadulterated social experience. No swirling, no spitting, no pretension. Just you, your friends, and a line-up of wines that justify their place at the table. Our courtyard is your sanctuary. Whether you are here for the story or the session, we provide the setting, the 'jibber jabber' & the wine. You do the rest!
The Courtyard: The "Bubbles" Machine
Our state-of-the-art Enomatic machine is the heartbeat of our outdoor space. It allows us to serve premium sparkling wines at the perfect temperature.
The "Bubbles Flight" (£15.00)
A curated flight of four 50ml pours. The line-up evolves weekly:
- The Discovery: New World gems or Crémant.
- The Patriot: A premium English Fizz.
- The Icon: A Grower or Non-Vintage Champagne.
- The Wildcard: A seasonal Rosé.
*Also available by the glass (125ml) or bottle (Drink-in Price).
